I enclose membership fee of:
Adult:  £15.00
Junior:  £7.50

(Junior under 18 yrs of age, to be accompanied by an adult.
Members joining after 1st December shall pay a reduced fee of:
Adult: £10.00
Junior: £4.50

I apply to join Tenby & District Camera Club for the 2012 - 2013 season starting on 1st April 2012 and agree to observe its constitution & rules.
